The Conjuring Universe Tour is an immersive experiential exhibition. Each scene is designed with inspiration from the classic horror film universe of The Conjuring, allowing visitors to understand the stories of the film through spine-chilling set designs and experience the iconic moments of supernatural events.
During the exhibition period, tickets can be purchased at the on-site ticket booth or through ticketing platforms such as Ticketmelon, incutix ticketing website, and Klook.
Each tour lasts approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Visitors must arrive on the reserved date and time slot at least 30 minutes prior to check-in, as grouping will be based on first-come, first-served basis. Entry queues may occur.
You can't use the same ticket to enter again. The ticket can only be used once.
We cannot postpone or change the booking date. But the reserved time can be adjusted for customers who have urgent business within the day of booking. Considered on a case-by-case basis.

Food and drinks are not allowed. For cleanliness and neatness for the public and convenience for all visitors. This tour is held in a dimly lit environment. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. It is not recommended to wear small pieces of jewelry to the event. We are not responsible for damage or loss of visitors' property. We recommend that all jewelry or portable items be left in the lockers at the service point, free of charge.
