On 17th December,2012 Sri Sarada Math-Rasik Bhita ushered into a new era of learning with the inauguration of its new project, ‘VIVEK-JAGRITI’- education through video-conferencing mainly for the students of rural area free of cost as part of the 150th.

The Decennial Celebrations of Sri Sarada Math-Rasik Bhita were flagged off with a special ‘Vidyarthini Homa ‘performed by young learners of our two one year courses last year. Keeping with this tradition this year too on 25th November 2012.

As part of their Corporate Social Responsibility, TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) is providing special training in Corporate Etiquette & Communicative English to the unemployed graduates of Rasik Bhita. The 10th batch of the students received their training from 6th November.

As part of the decennial celebration, a weeklong exhibition named ‘WORLD IN 2050’ was inaugurated at Sarada Bhita, the new extension of Rasik Bhita by Pravrajika Atandraprana, Assistant General Secretary, Sri Sarada Math & Ramakrishna Sarada Mission on 29th July.

Drawing and essay competitions were arranged for the students of all batches as part of the ongoing decennial celebration of Sri Sarada Math-Rasik Bhita. Students could draw any incident from the life of Swami Vivekananda or a portrait of Swamiji.

Tata Consultancy services, Kolkata conducted a free 80 hour training in English Communication and Corporate Etiquettes for a batch of 42 students from 24th June to 6th July, 2012. 31 students qualified the written round of which 15 were finally.

On 23rd of May, 2012 at around 5 p.m. Most Revered Pravrajika Bhaktiprana Mataji, President, Sri Sarada Math & Ramakrishna Sarada Mission installed a photograph of the Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi at Sarada Bhita - a new extension.

The place is sanctified by the visits of Sri Ramakrishna.This holy place was donated to Sri Sarada Math, Dakshineswar, where the Math authorities started an Educational & Cultural wing, 'Sri Sarada Math - Rasik Bhita' to impart vocational and technical education to the girl students only, with a view to develop their personality combining modernity with tradition.
