This property is by far the best place to stay in Shantiniketan. Although a Govt run property, still the services rendered are phenomenal. The safety & security is also superb.The food here is also very good in this place.
One of the main attractions of Shantiniketan,gives a glimpse of the important stages in the life of the great poet Gurudev.The vicinity has a number of buildings,including the one in which Gurudev lived.Its ever nostalgic.
Tagore's Ashram is a place inside Shantiniketan. Here you can see the place where Rabindra Nath Tagore Lived. However the building remains closed in general. They open it on certain occasion.The overall Shantiniketan is a place like to chill out for a day.
