We absolutely love a barn wedding and have been lucky to photograph some of the best. While Toronto is
known for some amazing indoor wedding venues, barn weddings set in the great Canadian outdoors can’t be

the perfect location for all your unique details. When it comes to planning for the perfect barn wedding
photos, we suggest starting with your ceremony under a big tree for shade; not only will this keep your
guests cool, but it will create the most flattering light for your pictures. The naturally beautiful
landscape creates a really relaxing atmosphere perfect for lawn games, outdoor cocktails, and a first
dance under the stars.
A LOVE STORY IN ONTARIO
Once upon a time, high school sweethearts Chelsie and Caleb fell head over heels in love in Ontario when
they were just seventeen. And let’s be honest, who doesn’t fall in love with Italy? The food, the wine,
the romance – it’s a recipe for amore. Fast forward ten years, and Robert decided it was time to put a
ring on it. He proposed to Chelsie at Morellina’s Italian restaurant in Ontario, and she said yes faster
than you can say “Grazie!” Consequently, On June 11, 2022, the couple tied the knot at St. David’s
Parish and celebrated their reception at Copper Creek Golf Club. Of course, we were thrilled to capture
it all.
BRINGING ONTARIO TO TORONTO
Because of their Italian history, the couple recreated the ambiance of Italy at their Copper Creek Golf
Club wedding. The ambiance of Italy was recreated with stunning floral arrangements and mouth-watering
Italian cuisine that therefore transported guests to a European dinner party. Photographing Chelsea and
Rob’s portraits in this setting was a dream come true! Just 30 mins from Toronto, the venue’s stunning
views of the golf course and Humber River Valley are perfect for creating unforgettable memories.
A TRADITIONAL ONTARIAN WEDDING
Chelsie and Caleb’s wedding at Copper Creek was a beautiful tribute to their dream destination. Not only
was Chelsea’s dress and veil stunning but so was the intricate flower details at the reception.
Consequently, this made our job of photographing the event a breeze and created many photo
opportunities. The bridal party wore black dresses and tuxedos. Because of the black tie attire this
added a touch of tradition to the theme. Guests also enjoyed unique and timeless touches at the
reception. For example, a champagne tower and gelato bar, which offered them delicious treats for the
night’s celebrations.
Last but not least, we can’t express enough gratitude for being a part of Chelsea and Rob’s beautiful
wedding and capturing their enduring love. As photographers, we had a front-row seat to the magic of
their special day. We were so touched by the depth of emotion and love between Chelsea and Rob that we
may have even shed a tear or two. But hey, we’re only human, right? It’s not every day you get to
witness a love story as beautiful and enduring as Chelsea and Rob’s. For that reason we feel lucky to
have been a part of it.
