Why is the CCD App getting disabled?

We need to improve the functionalities of the app and make it more exciting for our users, therefore the app is going to be removed temporarily.

When is the CCD App going to be back?

CCD App will be back soon with all new features. Timeline for the relaunch will be communicated soon.

Will we be able to order online from CCD without the app?

Yes, you can order online through our new contactless platform - www.ccdonline.in and have a seamless experience.

Can we order takeaway from ccdonline.in as we used to using PICKUP & GO feature on the CCD app?

Yes, you can order takeaway using the PICKUP & GO option through www.ccdonline.in and even schedule your pickups for a particular time of the day.

What will happen to the Beans I earned through the CCD app?

Your Beans are safe and will be transferred to your ccdonline.in account if you register using the same mobile number as used for the app.I could not use my beans during the lockdown period. Would they have expired?Considering the Covid-19 lockdown, we have already extended the expiry date of all existing Beans till 31st December 2020. All your Beans are safe and valid till then. You can also choose to use them on www.ccdonline.in.

What will be the validity of the Beans now?

You can use your existing Beans from the app till 31st December 2020.

How can I check and use my App Beans on www.ccdonline.in portal?

You just need to log in to the ccdonline.in portal using the same mobile number as that used on the app. Then follow the below mentioned steps -

Users With Existing Beans: (FOR 1st time ccdonline users)

• Visit www.ccdonline.in
• Select café or enter the seat code mentioned on the tables
• On verifying the phone number you will get to see your App Beans on the homepage next to the profile icon on the top right corner (only if same number was provided in the app)
• You will get to see your balance Beans and will also be allowed to use them at the checkout page based on the applicable terms & conditions

• Visit www.ccdonline.in
• Select café or enter the seat code mentioned on the tables

What is a Bean?

• Beans are the reward points you earn whenever you make a food or beverage purchase from our stores using the www.ccdonline.in portal
• You get up to 7% Beans as cash back on every spend on food and/or beverages
• Beans are earned on the base price of the item after discount, before tax and less Beans redeemed during the transaction.

Do Beans have an expiry date?

Purchased Beans and Beans earned on transactions have a validity of 180 days from the day of earning, post which they will expire.For example, if you have earned Beans through transactions on 15th August, 2020, they will expire on 11th February, 2021 (12:00 AM).

What can I purchase with my accumulated Beans?

Why am I not able to redeem my Beans?

We have temporarily disabled the feature of purchase Beans on the portal in order to facilitate certain technical changes. But, we will be back soon. Stay tuned.

Can I encash my accrued/purchased Beans?

No, you can't cash the Beans. You can use them to pay for your CCD purchases.

Can I use my Beans while redeeming any offer?

Yes, you can use your Beans while redeeming any of the existing offers but you will not earn any Beans while using such offers.

Do Beans earnings apply on subscription offers and normal offers at www.ccdonline.in ?

No, Beans cannot be earned for purchase of coffee subscriptions or any other offers

Can I earn or utilise Beans for ‘Cash on Delivery’ orders?

No, Beans cannot be earned or redeemed for ‘Cash on Delivery’ mode of orders.
